○ Customers purchase a MasterIndia product at participating retail stores.
○ Sales agents encourage customers to scan the static QR code displayed at the POS machine to start the reward redemption process.
○ Upon scanning the QR code, customers are redirected to the custom microsite: https://master.rewardzpromo.com/.
○ Customers need to fill in the following details on the microsite:
■ Full Name
■ Mobile Number (OTP verification required)
■ Email ID
■ Address Details
■ Upload Invoice
■ Product Photo
■ Product Name
■ Warrant Card (if applicable)
■ Sales Executive Name & Phone Number
○ The customer will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on their registered mobile number for verification.
○ After successful OTP verification, the customer will spin the wheel to receive a message on the microsite confirming their assured reward.
○ Customers are eligible for the lucky draw (where 6 lucky winners will win an iPhone 13/14 or a Smartwatch monthly).
○ To be eligible for the lucky draw, customers need to follow MasterIndia's Instagram page: MasterIndia Instagram, take a screenshot of you following the instagram page and upload it on the link on microsite. This is to verify that the instagram page has been followed.
○ After submission, customers will receive a confirmation message via SMS and Email with:
■ Details of the assured reward they’ve won.
■ Instructions on how to redeem their reward.
○ Assured Rewards: These rewards can be redeemed on the spot by filling in the required details on the microsite (e.g., extended warranties, cookware, etc.).
■ For rewards such as the Food Vouchers, Movie Vouchers (CineRewardz), and discounts on the next purchase, customers will receive a link to redeem the voucher.
○ Lucky Winners (iPhone 13/14 & Smart Watch): Winners will be contacted for the prize delivery or pickup process.
